Beyond the plaza, the house offers space to prepare, gather, or take a quiet moment. Living and dining areas can accommodate everything from getting ready and wardrobe changes to conversations away from the main event.Depending on your event’s size and catering needs, kitchen access or an outdoor catering setup can be arranged. We’ll discuss the spaces and setup that work best for your plans.

LET YOUR OCCASION TAKE THE STAGE

Live music as the sun goes down. A speaker who sparks a conversation. A screening beneath the stars. Bring another dimension to your gathering with entertainment that makes the most of the setting.Stage, sound, screens, and other production equipment can be rented to suit your plans. For local support, Zara recommends Empire Lakes Productions, who supply the stage, sound system, and video screen for her own events.

Approximately 3,650 square feet of outdoor hilltop plaza, with access to living and dining areas in the approximately 900-square-foot house.

Tables, chairs, tablecloths, dining lamps, plates, glasses, and silverware available for at least 100 guests. Use and any additional charges to be discussed when planning your event.CATERING AND OUTSIDE VENDORS
Catering by Zara may be available by arrangement. Kitchen access or space for an outdoor catering setup can also be discussed, depending on your event’s needs. Caterers and production crews can drive close to the plaza to unload.ENTERTAINMENT AND PRODUCTION

Three freestanding propane heaters are available for cooler evenings. A rented tent or marquee would be needed for rain; suitability and arrangements should be discussed in advance.
